Yes, we deliver to Brentwood and the surrounding areas. Some areas require a trip charge. Feel free to give us a call for a quote.
We will arrive prior to your scheduled event time and have your equipemnt set up before your scheduled time.
Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before your scheduled rental time to set up. We will text you the day prior to your event to confirm our drop off and pick up windows. If you need to make special arrangments for timing, please don't hesitate to call or text us any time. 925-418-2236
The bounce houses are sanitized before and after every rental! Clean equipment is our priority!
Yes. the blower run to keep air flowing in the bounce house unit the entire time. Once unplugged the bounce house will deflate. We need an outlet to plug in to within 50 feet of the set up location. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty 50 foot cords. The outlet used for the bounce house blower cannot be shared with any other plug in.
We do no currenlty deliver to park set ups.

For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your reservation. For rain in the forecast, we will text you throughout the week prior to discuss our options for your event. If rain is in the forecast and you are inside the 7 day cancellation period, we will give you a rain check to be used within one year for a rescheduled event if you cancel up to 2 days before your event.
Yes all orders require a $50 Credit Card deposit. Your deposit is applied to the total amount due. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 7 days prior to your rental date.
Please see the space required for each bounce house (listed near the large picture in the item listing). When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Bounce houses need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the bounce house. The sizes listed with each bounce house include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.
heck the requirements listed with each bounce house. Also, make sure you have at least a 4Â¥ access to the area where it will be set up. Your side yard cannot have any obstructions like A/C units, bicycles, or garbage cans. The bounce houses can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
We can set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, concrete, and astroturf. We do not set up waterslides on dirt surfaces. If you are unsure about your set up surface, please call or text any time and we can discuss options with you. 925-418-2236
Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office. We will also ask you to sign our Safety Checklist when we are there to set up your equipment and we will leave a copy of the Safety Checklist with you.
You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, if damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit which can cost thousands of dollars.
